When you become a client of Exit By Owner, you are assigned a case manager that will take you through your exit process. Each of our clients are provided full access to our client support team to assist you with any questions that may arise during your timeshare exit.
Step 1:
Primary contracts are signed and copies are provided to client.
Step 2:
You will receive a “welcome aboard!” call from the main office the following business day in order to confirm all of your contact and property information as well as letting you know when your case manager is going to contact you directly.
Step 3:
Your case manager will call you and provide you with the secondary documents necessary to complete your exit process.
Step 4:
Forward all correspondence that you receive in reference to your timeshare directly to your case manager so that your case manager can negotiate the release of your timeshare property.
Step 5:
Receive your permanent and final release of your timeshare property directly from your resort.
Step 6:
Live the rest of your life knowing that the perpetual burden of your timeshare has been completely removed from you and your family permanently.
